*Create New APN settings On Your Phone As follows

APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Proxy:127.0.0.1
Port : 8080
Save And Activate it as your default phone settings

*Go to simple server and configure the settings:
Proxy host: 10.199.212.2
Proxy Port: 8080
Injection Method: get
Injection query/url: http://web.blackberry.com
Injection Host: web.blackberry.com
Injection line: press your enter key 4 times
Log level: debug
Close the settings and click the connect
button.

Download Simple Server for Pc HERE
Extract the downloaded file and open
the extracted file folder, click on the ‘Simple
Server.exe and run the application then pin the
simple Server to your taskbar so as to make it
easier for to run next time the simple server is
already configured in the simple server.ini file.
Now load N100 on your Mtn line and send a text
message: BBMIDID (#100) or BBLITED (#70) to 21600

Go to setting on your Modem and configure your
Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net, and configure
your browser and IDM to 127.0.0.1 port 8080
Open your browser start surfing and
downloading. Or you can use it on your pc through your phones mobile hotspot by configuring your browsers proxy 127.0.0.1 and port to 8080 while your simple server is on
